Returns & exchanges

We hope your Happy Tails order is just right. If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Collars, leads, toys and trackers can be returned if they’re unused, complete and in their original packaging. Return postage is for your account.

Ordered the wrong size or colour? Get in touch and we’ll help you exchange it, subject to availability.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Happy Tails covers return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
